Commissary
The commissary module provides
features that allows stores to purchase from a central location and supports the central location in
fulfilling those orders and reordering raw materials to maintain stock
levels. Food cost and other functions available at stores are available
for the commissary.
The commissary
will have a version of MenuLink software to process their own product
orders and receiving from vendors. They will order raw products from
vendors by creating their own PO’s and converting same to invoices.

commissary will be able to run an overall Food Cost Report showing
actual vs. theoretical food usage by item and totals by category.
Transfers of products are properly tracked and accounted. |

Guide |
A special
report "Order Guide" to be printed by the commissary and sent to the
stores for use as an ordering document is added. All products that
the store can order from the commissary will be listed. |

Contribution Report |
A Menu Item
Contribution Report will be available to run for each store and for
the commissary. The store reports will show sales of finished
products and the gross margins of each product sold. |
| Variance
Report |
An Item Use Variance Report and Food Cost Report
will be available for each store and for the commissary. The
store reports will show theoretical use vs. actual food cost for each product used in the store. The commissary report
will show theoretical vs. actual use of each product used in the
commissary. |
