MenuLink has the most comprehensive consolidation and control functionality available. The HQ suite consists of three programs that are intended to run across a network at a corporate or regional center. The programs are 32 bit MS-Windows applications.   The database can be either MS-Access (included) for ease of use or MS-SQL Server (purchased separately) for greater scalability.  Either way the data is stored in an open format so that it can be accessed by various tools for ad-hoc data gathering or in-depth data warehouse mining.  One headquarters suite is required for each concept.

Consolidation Program

Combines store data for use in the Reporting Client.
ü Exports to your business software.  Applications include: ADP, PayUSA, Great Plains, J.D. Edwards, Platinum Accounting, Solomon and HR Vantage. Others can be added.
ü Automated data collection and integration.
Reporting
Client Program

ü

Runs on an individual PC workstation.
ü Provides reports based on an individual store, a region or for the whole company.
ü Robust report list included. More may be added using MS-Access or Crystal Reports.

ü

Network & dial-up connections supported. Remote access using tools such as Citrix. 
ü Multiple copies of Reporting Client can be run with the HQ Suite license.
ü Overnight flash reporting with auto-distribution is included.
Recipe Maintenance
Program

ü

Maintains recipes and raw materials from a central location for multiple stores.
ü Allows for recipe creation.
ü Materials and menu changes automatically distributed.
